This one day event will include inspirational speakers, training at Spark sessions, recognition of Vigil Honor & Founders Award recipients, fun & fellowship. Saturday evening fellowship activities include a picnic dinner by the Fox River, a Fox River walk after dinner and games, music, movie at the hotel convention center.

BSA Annual Health and Medical Record (A & B), OA Permission slip for anyone under 18 years old will be needed for those staying overnight.  Review the covid event screening form before attending to determine if you should attend or stay home.  You do not need to turn in this form.  A refund will be given to anyone not able to attend because of covid.

If you are a 2020 or 2021 Eagle Scout, please also sign up at the Bay-Lakes Convention event https://www.scoutingevent.com/635-blcconvention22 for the Eagle Scout Celebration Lunch meal. Then you will need to register here to participate in the OA event.

To reserve a hotel room, please contact Mike Mailand by March 10th.
