Please fill out this form by 8:00 PM Central Time on December 3, 2021, if you wish to run for a lodge office at the 2021 Winter Fellowship (12/3/21 - 12/5/21) for the 2022 term. All Arrowmen must be under the age of 21 during the entire term and must be in "good standing" with the lodge in order to be eligible to run. The tenure for each runnable position begins on January 1, 2022, and ends on December 31, 2022.

Note: If a youth wins a higher position, they will be taken out of the running for the subsequent positions in the election order. The election order always begins with the highest position, the lodge chief, and ends with the lowest, the lodge treasurer.
