In this section, you will select the Camp Halloween weekends you wish to sign up for and indicate which areas you feel you'd be successful in helping out at. There is a staff-only setup weekend, where we prep and decorate the camp ahead of the campers' arrival, and there are four program weekends that we run Camp Halloween. Each program weekend includes two one-day events, one on Saturday and one on Sunday, hosting different groups of campers each day. For each weekend, staff should arrive as early as possible on Friday evening (have dinner before arriving), and dismissal should be around 5PM on Sunday. We ask those who are able to stay a little later the Sunday of the final weekend to help us achieve the goal of taking everything down and storing it away. This is a Halloween themed day-program offered to cub scout aged boys and girls, their siblings and other family members. It is also open to non-scouting youth so that they may also experience some of what Scouting has to offer.

We'll need certified RSO's for the ranges (Archery, BB Guns), and people to help with crafts, haunted house, parking/check-in, as well as general helpers. Staff will be fed in the Dining Hall and housed in camp staff quarters, which feature electricity, central heat, running hot/cold water, restroom facilities, and bunkbeds with mattresses. Please bring a costume that is age-appropriate for elementary school aged children. And of course, bring your creativity! Staffing spots are limited, and preference will go to those with the most availability, for the sake of program continuity.
